    As each product is carefully handmade, all products are made to order and standard lead times are 4-8 weeks from the time of purchase.

    We ship internationally from Vancouver, Canada. If you are located locally in the lower mainland area of British Columbia please see our additional services for installation.

  • We take pride in our ability to work with customers to modify our current product collections to better suit our customer’s needs. A selection of possible modifications are included with the spec sheet of product collection.

  • We take satisfaction in developing unique lighting solutions. We consider custom projects to be standalone products and fixtures not part of our current product collection and are therefore highly individualised to suit our clients needs. We offer a comprehensive consultation and design process to attend site meetings, design meetings, provide design drawings, and 3D renders.

  • We offer both commercial and residential installation services with our qualified electrician to clients and customers in the lower mainland area of British Columbia. Please contact us to find out more.

    If you wish to have your qualified electrician perform the installation, our detailed rough-in specification and installation instructions will guide them through the process.

  • All lighting products we make are certified under the CSA SPE-1000 program and are approved for commercial and residential use in Canada. This CSA program is intended for small-batch producers and small-run product lines. Each Product is individually tested by a Certification Body such as Underwriters Laboratories, Intertek, and the Canadian Standards Association. We will gladly assist Purchasers from areas outside of Canada to ensure compliance of our products with their local safety standards when notified at the time of ordering.

  • We proudly provide a 2 year limited warranty for materials and craftsmanship on all of our products. Please see our warranty policy for more information.

  • We offer returns on all non-custom or modified products that are packaged in an unopened state within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date and subject to a 30% restocking fee.
